Privacy Policy

AI Mastery Hub is run by Tyeke's Media, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, to create your account and send your sign-in links.
- What you've bought, including the course, price and date, so your courses stay unlocked.
- Your progress, favorites and notes, so the site remembers which days you finished and what you saved. Lesson notes you type are kept in your own browser, not on our servers.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, including your name and email.
We do not collect your card number. Payments go straight to Stripe.
Who handles your data for us
- Supabase stores accounts, purchases and progress, and sends sign-in emails.
- Stripe processes payments and sends receipts.
- Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form messages.
Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy and only for the job we use it for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
The site stores your sign-in session and a few preferences (such as whether you view lessons as slides or text) in your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records while your account is open, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact form messages are kept until the question is resolved.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing support@tyekesmedia.com. Deleting your account removes your access to any courses you bought.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, we will tell you by email.
