All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Courses are digital and unlock the moment your payment goes through, so we can't take them back once they're opened. That's why everything you need to decide is free to see first:

• The full 30-day syllabus for every course, with each day's objective, on the Courses page.
• The complete Day 2 lesson and its slide deck, free on the same page.
• The free library of prompts, tips and skills, with a free account.

When we will make it right

• Charged twice for the same thing: we refund the duplicate charge.
• You paid but the course didn't unlock: we unlock it for you. If we can't, we refund that purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
